Welcome to Trexo US! Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive.
1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
5. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@Trexous.store or call +1 (225) 650-3538. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending back any items.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@Trexous.store with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
